Team Building

Experience the sensation of a regatta with monotype ships, prepared for the competition. It is a dynamic activity in an ideal environment to develop teamwork and fostering social relationships. It will test motivation, companionship and also build team spirit in a completely different work.

Our group has extensive experience in this field. We arrange sailing regattas with ships having the same features and with great flexibility in the number of participants, from a small group of 4-6 people per ship, up to large groups with a combined racing plans and catamaran ride.

Activity description:

10:00: Arrive at the base to arrange teams. Then there will be a briefing by a professional sailor who will explain the rules and different positions inside the ship

10:30: Distribution of groups in the ships explain where the rules of safety, as well as the different roles, will be explained and assigned to each participant.

11:00: Departure of the sailing ships to open sea to practice the concepts taught previously at the base (use of rudder, optimal position of the sails, boom control, etc.)

11:30: Preparation and positioning for the start of the race.

11:45: Start of the race. (One or two rounds)

13:15: End of race

13:45: Arrival to port and awards

14:30: Lunch at the same base (either in tents or in the club restaurant)

Our activities are designed to foster team spirit and competition through the race, bringing participants to the nautical world.

As additional services we offer:

- Ship support for the race track and even a committee boat if you want to make it official.
- Mounting Village for sailors and guests to enjoy a party on the ground at the end of the race.
